Hello dear mods--
I just lost a post that took a long time to write....it took so long that my session timed out and I couldn't retrieve it....it took so long to write because of this problem I'm having with the text window given for posting. This just started happening a few days ago, by the way. ...are you guys trying to make me get more concise in my comments or something???

On my computer (A newer Dell, windows vista), your posting/text window looks like it is about 5inches across, and 2 inches tall. Well, as soon as I fill up that 2 inches, it becomes very difficult to continue typing, because the line I'm typing disappears from view the second I've typed a single letter--the line I'm typing will not stay in view. The whole body of my text bounces continuously up and down with each individual character typed, as if the text window is trying to keep the top/beginning of my post in view at all times. Gah, this causes a continuous flickering of the page that is driving me nuts, making me make way more typos than usual, and making it really really hard to correct typos because of this continuous bouncing! You hit a key (any key) and the line is in view...you're done hitting the key and it bounces out of sight. So we're talking a rapid fire bounce of the text while typing. When I finish a sentence and pause, the beginning of my post instantly reappears at the top of the text box, and the rest of it disappears from view at the bottom (the same way your legs are not in view when you stand in front of a window. Your legs are still there, but to someone on the other side of the window, all they see is your head/torso). I don't 'lose' the text really--it just constantly disappears from view as I go along. It is starting to happen now, now that I've filled the damned 2inches of box aarrrghhghhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!
