~ Outlaw Births ~

"Outlaw Births" is an hour-long, British documentary about unassisted childbirth (also known as "freebirth") that was produced by Granada Factual London and commissioned by Channel 5. The documentary follows three women over the course of their pregnancies as they prepare to "freebirth" and includes dramatic footage of the deliveries themselves. The program aired on July 9, 2008 and can now be viewed online, but only by UK audiences. October 21, 2008, a US version of the program titled "Freebirthing" will be airing on the Discovery Health Channel.
