Meet the Bornfree! Owner

I am a free-lance writer, speaker, poet, sometimes childbirth teacher, author of the book 'Unassisted Childbirth', and owner of Bornfree Bookshop, and High Country Nannies.

I am also the mother of four children, all of whom were born at home without the help of doctors or midwives. My husband, David, caught the first one and I caught the other three. Neither of us had been trained in midwifery, but we both believed in the concept that we create our own reality according to our desires, beliefs, and intentions. Therefore, we knew we were capable of creating gentle, easy births (see Unassisted Birth Stories).
